Violence flows in torrents through our movies and televisions, re-enacted in our streets and even in our grammar school classrooms. The greatest need in America today, the greatest lesson that should be taught in our classrooms, is how to lead a disciplined, contented and meaningful existence. But America has turned its back on the path that would lead to that state of affairs. One the one hand, Americans are surfeited in material possessions but on the other are experiencing spiritual starvation and poverty. Side-by-side exists material prosperity and spiritual beggary. Our bodies and egos are fat and overstuffed; our souls suffer malnutrition and starvation. As a result our popular culture is a moral cesspool and life in some of our families is a combat zone. Our political structures are riddled with mendacity where words and a man's pronouncements mean nothing, where saying one thing and doing the exact opposite is considered normal behavior. Our education system, turning its back on our heritage, is pervaded by moral relativism and skepticism, which has sapped our moral strength and drained our ability to exhibit righteous indignation. Take the killing of the unborn as an example! Is there an answer? Yes, there is, but America, for all practical purposes, has rejected it. There was a time when most schools in America began the school day with a prayer, NO longer. Forty years ago today, on June 17, 1963, the U.S. Supreme Court banished this practice, which once set the tone for the day of study and
work and doing no one any harm. So we now have this frenetic dance toward moral and spiritual disintegration continuing to bring America down. It will get worse. Pretty soon, nothing will surprise us anymore.

Attention Immigrants – Legal and Ohterwise

First you must understand that the Kahuna is not xenophobic by any standard you wish to apply. However here are a couple of things that I feel very strong about. I feel that if I go to your business and try to buy any number of items you might be selling be it even a quart of milk or a newspaper, you must speak to me in English! As a matter of fact, if you want to be an American citizen, you should and must speak English,if for no other reason it's still the language of America My father and grandfather didn't die in vain so you can leave the countries you were born in to come over and disrespect ours. I also feel and think the police should have every right to shoot your sorry black or white ass self, if you threaten them after they tell you to stop. After all in many of the countries you come from they shoot before saying stop. If these points offend you, I am not sorry at all, because it's our country and our rules, play by them or you have one really great option. You can get your derriere out of our country and return to the
utopia that you left.
