DEMOCRATIC TREASON

This post requires a brief update on recent history for readers to understand, so here it is.

When President Bush decided to attack Afghanistan and Iraq after 9/11 the state department had to negotiate with the countries of Pakistan, Turkey and Kuwait for privilege of transport of supplies for our military and civilian personnel through their countries. In the case of Turkey we also negotiated an agreement with them not to attack the PKK across the Iraqi border. The PKK is a Kurdish rebel group that has claimed part of Turkey as their territory for centuries. The state department negotiating with these countries means that we had to give them billions of dollars for the above privileges.

In 2006 the democrats won the majority in the Senate and House Of Representatives on the platform that they would end the war in Iraq.

Their first piece of legislation was to end the war in Iraq. President Bush vetoed the bill. The democrats were unable to obtain enough votes to override the presidential veto so that legislation died a just death.

Their second piece of legislation was to cut funding for the war in Iraq. That also was vetoed by President Bush and again the dems couldn't get the votes to overturn his veto.

Thank God for few responsible members of congress.

Nancy Pelosi found a way to cripple the U.S. efforts in Iraq by pissing off the Turkish government. She and 41 other leftist, anti American members of congress, have drafted a resolution declaring the Turkish government guilty of genocide for acts against Armenians in WWI.

This already has 10,000 from the Turkish military on the border between Turkey and Iraq. The Turkish government has already threatened to deny the U.S. privileges to use their territory to supply our personnel in Iraq if this resolution is passed by the U.S. Congress.

This is a last resort act of desperation by the dems to cause the U.S. to lose the war in Iraq. This act is easy for them to hide from the unaware. I take it on myself to make the U.S. public aware of their actions through this and many other forums.

I can't vote for or against Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid since I don't reside in their state. I can, however, bring awareness to what they are doing and what they are.

These are the words of a fallen American soldier that should carry more weight than you or I or anyone can say,

I stare out into the darkness from my post, and I watch the city burn to the ground. I smell the familiar smells, I walk through the familiar rubble, and I look at the frightened faces that watch me pass down the streets of their neighborhoods. My nerves hardly rest; my hands are steady on a device that has been given to me from my government for the purpose of taking the lives of others.

I sweat, and I am tired. My back aches from the loads I carry. Young American boys look to me to direct them in a manner that will someday allow them to see their families again...and yet, I too, am just a boy....my age not but a few years more than that of the ones I lead. I am stressed, I am scared, and I am paranoid...because death is everywhere. It waits for me, it calls to me from around street corners and windows, and it is always there.

There are the demons that follow me, and tempt me into thoughts and actions that are not my own...but that are necessary for survival. I've made compromises with my humanity. And I am not alone in this. Miles from me are my brethren in this world, who walk in the same streets...who feel the same things, whether they admit to it or not.

And to think, I volunteered for this...

And I am ignorant to the rest of the world...or so I thought.

But even thousands of miles away, in Ramadi, Iraq, the cries and screams and complaints of the ungrateful reach me. In a year, I will be thrust back into society from a life and mentality that doesn't fit your average man. And then, I will be alone. And then, I will walk down the streets of America, and see the yellow ribbon stickers on the cars of the same people who compare our President to Hitler.

I will watch the television and watch the Cindy Sheehans, and the Al Frankens, and the rest of the ignorant sheep of America spout off their mouths about a subject they know nothing about. It is their right, however, and it is a right that is defended by hundreds of thousands of boys and girls scattered across the world, far from home. I use the word boys and girls, because that's what they are. In the Army, the average age of the infantryman is nineteen years old. The average rank of soldiers killed in action is Private First Class.

People like Cindy Sheehan are ignorant. Not just to this war, but to the results of their idiotic ramblings, or at least I hope they are. They don't realize its effects on this war. In this war, there are no Geneva Conventions, no cease fires. Medics and Chaplains are not spared from the enemy's brutality because it's against the rules. I can only imagine the horrors a military Chaplain would experience at the hands of the enemy. The enemy slinks in the shadows and fights a coward's war against us. It is effective though, as many men and women have died since the start of this war. And the memory of their service to America is tainted by the inconsiderate remarks on our nation's news outlets. And every day, the enemy changes...only now, the enemy is becoming something new. The enemy is transitioning from the Muslim extremists to Americans. The enemy is becoming the very people whom we defend with our lives. And they do not realize it. But in denouncing our actions, denouncing our leaders, denouncing the war we live and fight, they are isolating the military from society...and they are becoming our enemy.

Democrats and peace activists like to toss the word "quagmire" around and compare this war to Vietnam. In a way they are right, this war is becoming like Vietnam. Not the actual war, but in the isolation of country and military. America is not a nation at war; they are a nation with its military at war. Like it or not, we are here, some of us for our second, or third times; some even for their fourth and so on. Americans are so concerned now with politics, that it is interfering with our war.

Terrorists cut the heads off of American citizens on the internet...and there is no outrage, but an American soldier kills an Iraqi in the midst of battle, and there are investigations, and sometimes soldiers are even jailed...for doing their job.

It is absolutely sickening to me to think our country has come to this. Why are we so obsessed with the bad news? Why will people stop at nothing to be against this war, no matter how much evidence of the good we've done is thrown in their face? When is the last time CNN or MSNBC or CBS reported the opening of schools and hospitals in Iraq? Or the leaders of terror cells being detained or killed? It's all happening, but people will not let up their hatred of President Bush. They will ignore the good news, because it just might show people that Bush was right.

America has lost its will to fight. It has lost its will to defend what is right and just in the world. The crazy thing of it all is that the American people have not even been asked to sacrifice a single thing. It's not like World War II, where people rationed food and turned in cars to be made into metal for tanks. The American people have not been asked to sacrifice anything. Unless you are in the military or the family member of a servicemember, its life as usual...the war doesn't affect you.

But it affects us. And when it is over and the troops come home and they try to piece together what's left of them after their service...where will the detractors be then? Where will the Cindy Sheehans be to comfort and talk to soldiers and help them sort out the last couple years of their lives, most of which have been spent dodging death and wading through the deaths of their friends? They will be where they always are, somewhere far away, where the horrors of the world can't touch them. Somewhere where they can complain about things they will never experience in their lifetime; things that the young men and women of America have willingly taken upon their shoulders.

We are the hope of the Iraqi people. They want what everyone else wants in life: safety, security, somewhere to call home. They want a country that is safe to raise their children in. Not a place where their children will be abducted, raped and murdered if they do not comply with the terrorists demands. They want to live on, rebuild and prosper. And America has given them the opportunity, but only if we stay true to the cause and see it to its end. But the country must unite in this endeavor...we cannot place the burden on our military alone. We must all stand up and fight, whether in uniform or not. And supporting us is more than sticking yellow ribbon stickers on your cars. It's supporting our President, our troops and our cause.

Right now, the burden is all on the American soldiers. Right now, hope rides alone. But it can change, it must change. Because there is only failure and darkness ahead for us as a country, as a people, if it doesn't.

Let's stop all the political nonsense, let's stop all the bickering, let's stop all the bad news and let's stand and fight!

Isn't that what America is about anyway?

I am 60 and on SSA disability and Medicare.

If I call the social security toll free number the first option I am allowed is to press one for English or two for Spanish.

If I call The Medicare toll free number I get the same options first.

When I call my Medicare supplemental provider I get the same.

If I call my former employer I get the same options.

If I go to my ATM, in Eufaula, Ala., I see the same question on the screen before I can withdraw money from my account. It's the same in every state that I have visited.

If congress has their way Spanish will be our official language. They have already voted down English being our official language numerous times.

I guess our options are limited.

The first being to learn to speak Spanish.

The second would be to vote elected officials into office that would end this nonsense!

Harry Reid was elected to the United States Senate by the people of Nevada in 1986.

This speaks volumes for the long term effects of the nuclear tests that were done in Nevada decades ago.

Harry Reid represents a state whose two major industries are gambling and prostitution. The people of Nevada would have done better to reincarnate Al Capone as their representative. He was more qualified in those fields and more respected by the American population.

Harry Reid is the Alfred E. Newman of Nevada, which would make the state of Nevada the poster child of Mad Magazine.

Nevada's chamber of commerce advertises nationally that what happens here stays here.

Harry Reid happened there. Please keep him there!!!

There is a strong resemblance between diapers and politicians. Both should be changed often, for the same reason! That has never been more true than now!

If members of congress were required to wear patches like NASCAR drivers we could see their true spots.

Our legislative branch has become our investigative branch. They are too busy investigating any and everything about George Bush than passing worthwhile legislation.

They are more concerned with terrorists rights than those of U.S. servicemen.

They are more concerned with votes from any sector, U.S. or not, than protecting America.

Raising taxes and spending is more important than protecting this country.

Today I saw that congress is investigating U.S. servicemen worshiping in uniform. There's a threat worth investigating.

I see a very full diaper in need of changing.

Next election I will not vote for any incumbent!

One Party System

This may sound like Chicken Little yelling the sky is falling but it is not that preposterous from a statistical point of view.

This is not a racial viewpoint, it is statistical point of view. Over the past 20 years 88% of black voters have voted for one party and 84% of Hispanic voters have voted for the same party.

An immigration bill is in legislation now that will not only allow the current estimated 12 million illegal Mexican immigrants in the U.S. to stay but their families as well. If this bill passes it is estimated that 40 million Hispanics will have voting rights.

If the current statistic of 84% holds true the U.S. will be a one party system and a welfare state.

That will be the fall of the U.S.!!!

Thirty-nine years ago the North Vietnamese army launched all out assault against South Vietnam and U.S. forces. They suffered a huge defeat, losing more than 250,000 troops. General Giap and Ho Chi Minh discussed giving up the war after their losses.

Along came Walter Cronkite with his announcement that the U.S. had lost the war in Vietnam. Along with that came war protesters in the U.S.

General Giap and Ho Chi Minh decided to hang on to hopes the public sentiment in the U.S. would win the war in Vietnam for them. They were emboldened by the statement of Walter Cronkite. The rest is history.

The U.S. has been at war in Afghanistan for five years and in Iraq for four years.

Last Wednesday senate majority leader, Harry Reid, D, Nevada, announced the U.S. had lost the war in Iraq.

This also emboldens our enemies. It shows division in the U.S. It gives a signal of weakness in the U.S. to enemies in Iran and North Korea. It lights a fire under U.S. war protesters, just as it did thirty-nine years ago. It shows young people in the U.S. that they can defy authority at any level. It totally demoralizes our troops in the field.

Nancy Pelosi, speaker of the house along with Harry Reid, announced that they had a new democratic foreign policy.

Nancy Pelosi and other democrats from congress have been making trips to Syria and are contemplating trips to Iran to discuss foreign policy. By the constitution, the president and the secretary of state settle matters of foreign policy. Then it is sent to the congress for approval.

The newly elected democratic congress has decided to undermine the institution of the president of the United States.

All that they are doing is against the constitution of the United States.

If it is not stopped we will see a fall of the United States government.

If we, the United States citizens, stand by and let this happen we deserve what we will get!!!

God help us!

I feel very strongly about what I said in this post. History backs my feelings.

W won't even comment publicly on the statements of Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi. If I were president I would have issued an executive order to have both of them jailed.

I guess that's why I'm not the president. Others call their acts irresponsible. I call them treasonous, anti American and despicable - but that's just me.

Today the Saudi ambassador told U.S. V.P. Dick Cheney that Saudi Arabia was considering funding Sunnis in Iraq to fight U.S. and Iraqi forces.

This is the same country that has been raping the U.S. for 50 years with high oil prices. A small, so called royal family, enjoys the riches from oil sales while the rest of their country starves. Do I need to remind anyone that 17 of the 19 9/11 hijackers were Saudis? Or that Osama Bin Laden is a Saudi?

All Saudis are taught from birth to hate the U.S. and Israel. I remember scenes of them chanting in the streets after 9/11.

Yet the U.S. gives them foreign aid on top of hundreds of billions that it pays them for oil.

Something is wrong here!

How can our government call the Saudis an ally?

The Newest Form Of Election Fraud

The election results are in and it is plain to see that most Americans wanted a change in policy over Iraq and other issues. What most don't see is that they have been had by the most recent form of voter fraud!

The recent election was a local election! Voters voted for local representatives that promised to support their concerns. Most voters would not vote for a candidate that supports gay rights, convicted felons voting rights, abortion, the ACLU, cutting military spending, punishing military members, freeing terrorists, raising taxes, raising minimum wages, increasing welfare entitlements etc, etc. The democratic party is well aware of that. They make sure that moderate to conservative nominees are in place in mostly conservative to moderate states that most would vote for.

Recent polls have shown that most voters don't know who Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Dick Durbin, Jack Murtha, Charles Rangell, Barabara Boxer and large number of other liberal representatives are. They didn't vote for them!

Well, guess what - yes they did!

Nancy Pelosi is your new speaker of the house. She has just appointed Jack Murtha as house majority leader.

Harry Reid is your new senate majority leader.

Charles Rangel is your new senate finance committee leader.

Many more of the liberal left wing will fill future high-level positions thanx to the vote for local moderate and conservative nominees.

This is the most recent form of voter fraud and it is a result of voter ignorance!!!

I have reached a point that I can't stand watching national news. Every time I do I see something like John Kerry's statement about our U.S. troops being stupid yesterday.

Prior to that John Kerry accused U.S. troops of terrorizing innocent Iraqi women and children by searching their homes.

Ted Kennedy and Dick Durbin call President Bush Hitler and the U.S. troops Nazis that run gulags to punish innocent terrorists.

Nancy Pelosi and Barbara Boxer have called the president an incompetent liar that uses U.S. troops to impose his will on the world.

75% of Democrats voted against the patriot act.

80% of Democrats voted against the NSA monitoring phone calls of known terrorists in and out of the U.S.

90% of Democrats voted against the CIA interrogating terrorists to obtain information regarding future terror attacks against the U.S.

95% of Democrats are against president Bush's tax cuts that turned our economy around.

There is no doubt in my mind that all Democrats would love to see 50,000 U.S. troops killed before the Nov 7 elections.

If you look up the definition of treason in the dictionary it looks a lot like what the Democrats are doing.

They not only need to be voted out of office, they need to be arrested on treason charges and jailed.

Cut and Run From Iraq???

If you watch the news you'll see half of Hollywood, half of the U.S. Congress and all of the left wing bloggers, like moveon.org, calling for withdrawal from Iraq. The responsible half of government that is against withdrawal is catching flack from every side.

Whether you agree with our involvement there or not, WE ARE THERE!!!

If the U.S. withdraws from Iraq before it is able to defend itself Iraq will be a failed state within months. Within a year it would be a terrorists state, much like Afghanistan was, controlled by Iran.

Iran would have a clear path through Iraq and Syria to the Israeli border to achieve its ultimate goal, removing the state of Israel from the planet. Iran's president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, has publicly stated his desire to remove Israel from the planet.

If all of this happened the U.S. would be involved in Syria, Iraq and Iran to protect Israel. Would we be better off than we are now in Iraq?

Those demanding our withdrawal from Iraq should look at the consequences before making such demands.

The world is not a safe place now. All of the Muslim world wants the destruction of Israel and the U.S. for backing them. Half of Hollywood and the U.N. would like to see the same. Half of the U.S. Congress will say anything to get votes.

You can boycott movies by those in Hollywood. It will take time but they will eventually go broke and go away.

You can write your representatives in Congress about the U.S. membership in the U.N.. It probably won't do any good but it makes me feel better.

You can vote members of Congress out of office that hold politics above U.S. interests.

That will probably have the best results.

New Orleans Superdome

The first game was played in the superdome tonight since hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans. I watched the game for it's historical significance. I also like both teams.

During the hype over the significance I learned that FEMA paid $180M to have the superdome rebuilt. Why are U.S. taxpayers paying to have a sports facility rebuilt?

Justification given by FEMA was to re-establish the economy in New Orleans.

Later I learned that over half of the tickets in the stadium were given to victims who were stranded in the superdome during hurricane Katrina at a cost of $40M.

My personal opinion is that the money would have been better spent towards rebuilding the levis and pump stations in New Orleans. $220M would have gone a long way towards that in the way of jobs for jobless people and addressing the long-term problems facing New Orleans rather than getting to see one football game.

I guess that's just me!

What am I missing?

A large part of the U.S. congress is fighting the Bush administration over rights for terrorist prisoners and the Bush administrations tools to fight terrorism. Most want rights for terrorists under the Geneva Convention or the U.S. constitution.

The U.S. is the only country in history to abide by the Geneva Convention. North Korea or the North Vietnamese didn't abide by it. It doesn't apply to Syrian terrorists captured in Iraq or Afghanistan, at least by the text of the Geneva Convention.

No foreign prisoner has rights under the U.S. constitution - yet our congress wants to give terrorists these rights.

Name one U.S. military man in Iraq or Afghanistan that has been released unharmed or even alive. All have appeared on Al Jazerra beheaded or disemboweled.

The terrorists have done the same to Red Cross workers, media members and civilian contractors in Iraq and Afghanistan.

This is a bunch of S__T!!!

Congress also wants to block the Bush administration from wire tapping phones of terrorists.

Voters need to look at their reps and what they are doing rather than voting for a name that they recognize!!!

Five years ago today, 19 Islamic fanatics hijacked four U.S. commercial aircraft filled with innocent men, women and children with the purpose of flying them into U.S. buildings filled with innocent men, women and children for the express purpose of causing as much death and destruction as possible.

On December 7, 1941, uniformed Japanese military bombed uniformed U.S. military positions in Pearl Harbor for a purpose of disabling the U.S. fleet in the Pacific. As barbaric as that act seemed at the time, it was a uniformed military of one country against the uniformed military of another country for a strategic purpose. That act drew the U.S. into WWII.

The act of the Japanese unified the U.S. with a resolve to defeat them. It took four years and many hundreds of thousands of U.S. lives lost to accomplish that. Through all of that the U.S. remained unified to achieve that goal.

The attacks on September 11, 2001 were not by a uniformed military against U.S. military targets for a strategic purpose. It was an attack by Islamic fanatics that hate us, the U.S., because we support Israel and that we occupied Saudi Arabia during the first Gulf war, at their request.

The U.S. was unified for about a year after that. Since, it has fallen into disarray.

Many in the Democratic Party have fallen inline with the ACLU to protect rights of the terrorists that want to kill us. Some have gone so far as to say that 9/11 was orchestrated by the Bush administration to gain political points.

We have an opportunity to vote for who we want to represent us in November. I pray that the majority will vote for responsible leadership over the ACLU and those who have like beliefs!!!

If not, God help us!!!

Terrorist Tactics

What terrorists are doing is nothing new but they seem to learn from each other and copy what is successful. Hezbollah is firing missiles into Israel from schools, mosques and heavily populated civilian areas. They hide munitions in the same type of areas.

This assures that Israel returning fire will result in heavy civilian casualties. They fire missiles into heavily populated civilian areas. Inflicting death and destruction is their only goal, whether it is Arab or Israeli casualties.

The same is true in Iraq and Afghanistan. They would do it in America if they could.

They don't care if they die for their twisted cause. They are guaranteed 72 virgins if they die for their cause. Fighting an enemy like this is hard unless you look at the ones backing it. The only way to stop this is by leveling Syria and Iran! The U.S. could do this with the push of a button but the U.N. would never accept it. They have never accepted reason.

It's past time for the U.S. to pull out of the U.N. and pull the trigger on the problem.

A nuclear weapon detonated on Damascus and Tehran would end a lot of the world's problems.

Hezbollah Armed Drones

Israel shot down an armed Hezbollah drone over Haifa bay today. I saw the footage. The secondary explosions made it obvious that it was armed.

There's little doubt where they got that technology, IRAN!!!

What will be next? WMD, ICBMs???

Most of the world wants the same thing as the terrorists, the destruction of Israel!

Most of the world also hates the U.S. because we support Israel.

Are we headed for world war III???

GBU28 Munitions Purchase

A little over a year ago the Israeli government submitted a purchase request to the U.S. government for 500 GBU28 bombs.

The GBU28 is a 5000 pound precision guided bomb designed as a bunker buster. It is guided by satellite and laser. It is designed to precisely hit a target and eliminate collateral damage in the surrounding area.

Purchase of this type of weaponry has to be approved by the U.S. congress and the U.N. It was approved by the U.S. congress and the U.N. a year ago.

Last week the Israeli government requested that shipment of these weapons be expedited for use in their current crisis. Reasons should be obvious. Taking out targets with minimal collateral casualties.

You can bet that some on the democratic side of congress, who approved this purchase, and some in the U.N, who approved this purchase, will use this non news to smear the Bush administration to the uninformed.

Anyone with a computer and internet can confirm this using any search engine.

The democrats and the U.N. appeal to the uninformed.

The U.N. Again

In eight days Hezbollah has launched an estimated 1800 missiles at the civilian population of Israel.

Hezbollah has kidnapped and killed Israeli soldiers.

Hezbollah, Hamas, Syria and Iran have openly stated that they want Israel wiped from the planet.

In typical fashion, U.N. secretary, Coffee Annan, today condemned Israel for excessive use of force.

Why in the hell is the U.S. a member of the U.N.?

We'd be better off being a member of al Qaeda! It appears the U.N. is!

Newt Gingrich says we are in world war three. I don't want to believe that but it's hard not to.

The U.S. will not sit by and watch Iranian backed terrorists over run Israel. I doubt they can but who knows what Iran supplies them with? If they use chemical or biological or, God forbid, nuclear weapons the U.S. would be forced to get involved.

The U.N. is at its normal pace of nothing.

I looked at specific resolutions regarding Israel and Lebanon from the early eighties.

All that I read said that Israel was to evacuate Lebanon and that Hezbollah was to disarm. Israel did leave Lebanon but Hezbollah obviously did not disarm.

Hezbollah's leader, Hassan Nasrallah, today pronounced that Hezbolla had many surprises for Israel and that it had tens of thousands of missiles to fire at Israel. They have fired thousands to this point.

Joke Chiraque, my spelling, says that Israel's response is excessive. France deserves him.

Vladimar Pootin, my spelling, is passing the same kind of gas.

Iran is Russia's and China's best customer. Why would they give up lucrative black market deals in weaponry to support the U.S. and Israel?

The U.S. mainstream media are as anti American as any of our enemies. They will readily give away U.S. secrets to our enemies.

To make matters worse, many in our U.S. congress are as anti American as any of our enemies. I suspect that many of them were responsible for leaking U.S. secrets to the York times and other mainstream media to support their goals.

Outside of Great Britain, Australia and Japan I see few that the U.S. could actually call allies. We are in a critical time. We have enemies inside and outside of the U.S.

We can vote enemies in government out. Hopefully that will curb what the media is allowed to do.

There is no reason for the U.S. to remain a member of The U.N.! Three of it's permanent members Russia, France and China have the power to veto anything that is in the U.S. interest and have a long history of doing just that.

We have saved France's butt twice in this century.

China and Russia have backed our enemies, North Korea and North Vietnam, in the last century and are now backing the axis of evil.

Why do we call them allies?

I fear all hell is about to break loose.

Israel has cut the Gaza strip in half and shut off power and supplies to them thanx to Hamas.

They have launched air strikes just outside of Beirut thanx to Hezbolla.

Syria and Iran back Hamas and Hezbolla.

Could Damascus and Tehran be next?

Don't discount this. Israel has a long history of taking extreme measures to protect itself.

All of the Muslim world hates us for supporting Israel. Even our, so called, allies, France, Germany and Russia are against us.

Russia and China block all that we try to do about North Korea.

I hope that I am wrong but I fear that all that is happening may escalate into a worldwide crisis.

I hope that some level heads in Washington and elsewhere take action to calm this situation.

North Korea

Bill Clinton capitulated to the North Koreans in 1994 and they have yet to live up to that agreement.

They keep using these tactics to get the world to give them money.

Russia and China won't back any proposal against them.

Step one should be to get the U.S. out of the U.N.!!!

Step two should be to position our guided missile cruisers of the coast of North Korea to blow everything out of the air that they launch.

Step three should be a naval blockade to block all shipments into and out of North Korea.

Step four should be to get South Korea to allow refugees from the North to come to South Korea.

Refugees from North Korea are already pouring into China.

Within a matter of years the only ones left in North Korea would be the military that would be held hostage there with no food or pay.

The North Korean government is on a path of self destruction. These steps would only speed the process.

More Outrage:

I've been around nearly 60 years so I have seen a lot.

I saw Dan Rather and Walter Cronkite lose the Vietnam War for us.

General Nygen Giap had said that the NVA had been defeated after TET but said that if the U.S. liberal media kept doing what they were doing the U.S. would fold under pressure. He was right!

The mainstream media hasn't changed. They are more concerned with terrorist rights than those of our military.

Unfortunately half of the U.S. Congress is behind the liberal media now.

And today the U.S. Supreme Court dealt a huge blow to our efforts to defeat terrorists.

All of the detainees in Gitmo are not Afghans. They are from Syria, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Yemen and on and on.

They were non nationals, not in uniform, conspiring to kill U.S. troops. In other words, terrorists.

Today the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that they have the same rights under our Constitution that U.S. citizens have.

Half of the U.S. Congress is applauding this decision.

All of the liberal media is applauding this decision.

At the same time they are calling for the heads of U.S. marines that may have killed, so called, innocent Iraqis.

What the hell has this country come to???

The media, the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court are more worried about rights of terrorists than they are about rights of U.S. marines.

It makes me glad that I am coming to the end of my life on earth.

We can't vote for members of the press or the Supreme Court members. We damned sure can vote against the members of Congress.

I hope every eligible voter will watch closely what who is doing and vote appropriately.

Outrage:

Today the Republicans were outraged that the New York Times, L.A. Times and Wall Street Journal published articles about how the U.S. government tracks money transfers by terrorists groups.

As always, liberals were outraged about privacy rights of the terrorists. Why is no one outraged about how the New York Times, L.A. Times and Wall Street journal got this information?

The media is protected under the Constitution for freedom of the press. Anyway, since when has the New York Times or L.A. times worried about national security?

What we should all be concerned about is how did they get this info to publish. Only top officials in government are privy to this information. Members of the senate intelligence committee and top military officials are the only ones privy to information as detailed as what the New York Times and L.A. times published.

Finding and prosecuting the ones responsible for releasing this information should be a top priority. Unfortunately, discrediting the Bush administration has become a higher priority than national security to many top officials in government.

It's time to put an end to this with the harshest of means.

Some in Congress are talking about prosecuting editors from the New York Times. It won't happen. The First Amendment protects them. Few are talking about prosecuting the ones that leaked the information to the New York Times.

My prime suspects would be Jack Murtha and Nancy Pelosi. Jack Murtha is one of what Ann Coulter calls the Democrats’ human shields. You can't attack a war hero so the Democrats use them as human shields.
