It
would appear that the Ministry Of Truth is perfectly willing to go with the
flow of ignorance and allow a totally unqualified person to assume the
presidency. Not only is he unqualified
on a lack of experience level, but he may also be unqualified on a
Constitutional level. It is the latter
that should concern everyone more.
To
dismiss the concerns as unfounded is to turn a blind eye to the truth and fully
accept ignorance as the reigning force driving the media. There is no plainer way to state it.
The
few that are trying to get the truth out have been ignored. Take the time to read this and this.
Many
of my conservative colleagues have been tripping over each other to come out in
support and well wishes for the Obama presidency. What they say sounds downright reasonable and even compelling:
“Of course we hope Obama succeeds and turns out to be a very good
president.”
“We are behind him and we support him.”
“If he does well, the
country does well.”
Sounds
very lofty, doesn’t it? Sounds
bipartisan, hopeful, and sincere. To
me, it sounds absolutely shocking!
Those
conservatives and liberals alike, who are insisting that conservatives in
general and Republicans in particular had better revamp their message if they
ever want back into governing power, sound ridiculous to me. Principles are not something that we need to
take out of mothballs every now and then and send to the laundry to be spruced
up so that they may be worn in public again.
Our principles define us. They
are not points to be negotiated or traded away or reconstructed to suit a
different present.
Pretty
much like the United States Constitution, which is merely a representation of
the principles that founded our country, conservative principles do not need
“sprucing up.”
If
Obama succeeds and does well as president, using his set of principles and
policies, the country will not do well.
We know what his principles are and what his policies will be because he
has told us. They are foreign to a
successful past or future of our free and prosperous country. I’m tired of the pussyfooting on this
subject, and I certainly cannot back a president whose basic beliefs are so in
conflict with my own.
Obama
and the people he is handpicking to make up his administration have an agenda
for America that can only cause great harm.
I know this because I have studied history and philosophy and have made
it a point to understand the basics of human nature. These people have no intention of preserving our Constitution,
our rights it protects, or our culture it promoted. Real freedom will become a thing of the past under this
administration. I have no intention of
supporting that!
I
have heard Republicans, moderates, so-called conservatives say that the
Republican Party and conservatives must disengage themselves from the
“religious right” if they are ever to achieve any power in the future. In other words, what they are really saying
is that there is no room in America for social conservatives. Excuse me?
Social conservatism makes everything they say, do, and believe in
possible! Once it is officially dead
and the Constitution is permanently “mothballed” these people will be the first
to be eliminated, vaporized, deleted from the human gene pool. Their ignorance of this fact is
unconscionable.
Social
conservatives believe that morality still has a place at the table of the feast
of American freedom. In fact, that
place is the very centerpiece! We
believe that our unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness
are endowed by the Creator – not guaranteed by the whim of human government. Once again, this is elementary stuff, but it
is not being taught or conveyed by the government education system, the current
Ministry Of Truth, (media), or the political machine that we have voted in to
rule over us. We believe that innocent,
individual human life is precious and should not fall under the mercy of
majority rule to decide which innocent, individual lives should be protected by
human laws. We also believe that
natural law – not societal promiscuity – should direct our culture and justice
system that defines human morality, and part of that morality depends on the
strong foundation of traditional family values to support and defend the human
spirit.
Fiscal
conservatism naturally follows the sincerely held social conservative belief
system. It is still all about
individual rights guided by a strong sense of what is moral and what is
not. A social liberal cannot fully
defend fiscal conservatism, but a social conservative will not hesitate to
defend right from wrong. It is wrong to
craft human laws around the convenience of feelings not founded in truth. Coexistence requires tolerance – not
acceptance. There is a big difference,
and that is the difference between conservatives and liberals. Liberals demand acceptance of everything
they feel good about. Conservatives ask
for tolerance of inarguable truths as a guide for human law.
Now,
if you haven’t understood any of this, you are part of the problem. Your truth is ignorance, and you will follow
it straight to your own annihilation.
If you are a conservative, then why compromise your principles?
