America’s Unwanted

It
is truly amazing to me that this stuff needs pointing out, but that is
precisely where modern society’s thinking has taken us. With traditional values and moral teaching constantly
under attack and the family on the road to destruction, what do we expect? America’s unwanted are expendable. Just as surely as history, actual science,
and definitions have been erased or altered, so too are living souls at the
mercy of this Godless “progressive” society.
1984’s
descriptions of Doublethink – that accepted party line of being required to
hold two opposing positions at the same time as the real definition of truth –
has manifested into the reality of today’s political scene as well as society’s
clarion call to tolerance for anything Big Brother throws at us.
Winston: 'I don't know
-- I don't care. Somehow you will fail. Something will defeat you. Life will
defeat you.'
O’Brien: 'We control life, Winston, at all its
levels. You are imagining that there is something called human nature which
will be outraged by what we do and will turn against us. But we create human
nature. Men are infinitely malleable. Or perhaps you have returned to your old
idea that the proletarians or the slaves will arise and overthrow us. Put it
out of your mind. They are helpless, like the animals. Humanity is the Party.
The others are outside -- irrelevant.'
As
we waltz our way through predictions written in a 1949 piece of fiction about a
year 25 years in our past, I don’t know how socialists can sleep nights. They should now be thinking that it is only
a matter of time before they too become expendable. They are, after all, humans and are definitely unwanted in a free
society.
While
“green technology” is all the rave now, the tried and true systems are
discarded after they have been ridiculed and abused. As we are coming out of one of the coldest winters on modern
record and struggling to survive the current financial crunch, all we hear about
is how fossil fuels must be eradicated in favor of environmentally friendly
energy sources. Indeed, Obama promised
to cripple the coal industry last year, even as Americans were finding it hard
to pay escalating costs of heating their homes. Gore is still spouting his drivel about global warming, even
though scientists all over the world have stated that increased CO2 levels do
not affect the earth’s temperatures.
Population
control is still touted as an absolute necessity if the world is to survive
humans’ existence. All this convoluted
thinking has been preached in the pulpits of public education for decades now,
so that people are very ill equipped to combat it – even with logic and facts
on their side.
So,
here we have a society full of absolute idiots who couldn’t string two pieces
of logic together if their lives depended on it. Oh, that’s right – they do!
The
world is a wonderful place. Humans are
an incredible invention put here and given dominion over all the wonders of the
earth, but somebody got the idea that humanity needs to be wiped out, and far
too many fools think that’s a good idea!
Humanity
begins as a spark of life that, from the very beginning, has the propensity to
make a positive or negative difference in the world. Every human life is unique and has every right to survive, but
human dominion has decided that this right doesn’t exist. So all the unwanted sparks of life are
snuffed out before they have a chance.
Tell me, men and women of childbearing age, just who has the right to do
that?
On
the other end of the spectrum we find the sparks of life that are growing dim
in their old age. Human dominion has
decided that they too have no rights to life, so they are shuffled off to
nursing homes to wait for an inevitable end.
Who cares?
Meanwhile, all the esteemed and privileged
rulers throughout our government are interested in is keeping and securing ever
more power for themselves. They do not
wish to represent the people that vote them into office nor promote individualism
and self-reliance.
The
so-called stimulus legislation that is worming its way through the laws of the
land, supposedly to stabilize the failing economy, is a heartless abomination
to humanity. Built into this legislation
is the propensity to completely destroy human life as we know it in this
country and the rest of the world. Many
in this government of progressives believe that government has a right,
responsibility, even a mandate to control every aspect of free market
capitalism, our personal lives and welfare, and our very ability to reproduce. (This linked article discusses the move to

This
is by no means a new idea for socialists.
As the article quotes Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. in
a 1927 ruling that authorized an involuntary sterilization of (“a young girl described as ‘feeble minded”):
“It is better for all the world, if instead of waiting to execute degenerate offspring for crime, or to let them starve for their imbecility, society can prevent those who are manifestly unfit from continuing their kind. The principle that sustains compulsory vaccination is broad enough to cover cutting the Fallopian tubes.”
So,
is America’s unwanted really humanity itself?
And if so, shall we define humanity as “the Party” as O’Brien saw it, or
will reason and logic make a comeback after all before it is too late?
Before
that can happen human life must be valued enough to protect its most innocent
and its most vulnerable. Both ends of
the human lifespan that once enjoyed the protection of traditional family
values now are at the mercy of human survival.
An
old adage warns, “be kind to your children, for they are the ones that will
pick your nursing home.”
Truth
can be ironic.
