I hope my "random
thoughts" won't be too overbearing. I am a 10 year Marine veteran
who served proudly, including in Vietnam. I then became a Federal
Officer, with a specialty in intelligence, among other things for 30
years. I retired a few years ago after a 40 year career so I try to
be politically aware. I am told by some
that I skate on the razor's edge between balance and a radical
opinion.
I love this country, I
prefer a Republic, not Marxism or "social democracy”, and I tend to be
very conservative on many topics, including: the value of life, duty, family,
accepting responsibility for ones' actions, honor, and justice. I seek
TRUTH in its many forms, but I believe many are afraid of it.

Psychology 101
If you start with a cage containing five monkeys and inside the cage, hang a
banana on a string from the top and then you place a set of stairs under the
banana, before long a monkey will go to the stairs and climb toward the banana.
As soon as he touches the stairs, you spray
all the other monkeys with cold water.
After a while another monkey makes an
attempt with same result ... all the other monkeys are sprayed with cold water.
Pretty soon when another monkey tries to climb the stairs, the other monkeys
will try to prevent it.
Now, put the cold water away. Remove one
monkey from the cage and replace it with a new one. The new monkey sees the
banana and attempts to climb the stairs. To his shock, all of the other monkeys
beat the heck out of him. After another attempt and attack, he knows that if he
tries to climb the stairs he will be assaulted.
Next, remove another of the original five
monkeys, replacing it with a new one. The newcomer goes to the stairs and is
attacked. The previous newcomer takes part in the punishment...... with
enthusiasm, because he is now part of the "team".
Then, replace a third original monkey with a new
one, followed by the fourth, then the fifth. Every time the newest monkey takes
to the stairs, he is attacked.
Now, the monkeys that are beating him up have no
idea why they were not permitted to climb the stairs. Neither do they know why
they are participating in the beating of the newest monkey.
Finally, having replaced all of the original
monkeys, none of the remaining monkeys will have ever been sprayed with cold
water.
Nevertheless, not one of the monkeys will try to
climb the stairway for the banana.
Why, you ask? Because in their minds...that is
the way it has always been!
This, my friends, is how Governments operate...

Did you know that voting officials see dead
people?
No, zombies haven't taken a liking to voting;
it’s because primarily Democrat voter registration lists often contain people
that are deceased, or have moved. These are some of the “anomalies” that infect
as many as 10% of voter registration lists. And it’s one reason why it’s easy
for voter fraud to occur.
Liberals like Hillary Clinton dismiss voter fraud
as a “phantom epidemic.” But the facts say otherwise.
Of particular concern right now is Maryland.
Election Integrity Maryland is researching their
state’s voter registration rolls, using publicly available information. The
group has submitted evidence of 1,400 irregularities in the voter rolls to the
MD State Board of Elections.
Working with Election Integrity Maryland, True the Vote has uncovered 173 cases
of interstate voter fraud in Florida and Maryland. True the Vote’s research
follows a series of similar findings in Florida, Ohio, New York and Rhode
Island, sparking criminal investigations.
In a letter calling for an investigation of the
alleged 173 cases that True the Vote has uncovered, the House Republican Caucus
wrote:
“Over the past year, there have been three indictments related to voter fraud
in Maryland. The first was a high-profile case involving congressional
candidate Wendy Rosen. In last month two women were indicted in separate voter
fraud cases in Montgomery and Frederick Counties…True the Vote, a national
voters’ rights and election integrity organization, released a report, citing
173 cases of voter fraud in Maryland in federal elections since 2006. Clearly,
there is something very wrong in Maryland.”
Yes, there is clearly something wrong in
Maryland. And no doubt, these cases can be found in many other states as well.
There is something wrong when government refuses
to clean up the voter lists so that people can be assured that an election
won’t become ‘Night of the Voting Dead.’
There is something wrong when Eric Holder is
aggressively trying stop states from enacting common sense election reform laws
and requiring Voter ID.
It’s obviously left to you and me to bring voting
fraud to light, to do the research that the “authorities” won’t bother to do,
and to force common sense to prevail.

Regarding BILLIONAIRE Oprah's claims of racism in
Europe: I suppose Oprah like many Obamunists today actually believes she was
once a slave. Seems to me that issue was resolved by 1865 when Lincoln, A
REPUBLICAN had his army fight mostly against SOUTHERN DEMOCRATS to free her
ancestors.
Neo-slavery started with FDR, A DEMOCRAT when he
helped destroy many black families by instituting: 'have a baby, get a check;
have another baby get another check. It made black men useless to many black
women economically.

World War in Europe ended.

burned, starved, beaten, experimented on and humiliated.' Now, more than

How many years will it be before the attack on

publisher, and he eventually completed a manuscript called Dreams From My
Father, which just happened to strongly reflect the writing style of William
Ayers, who just happened to trample on an American flag for the cover

Obama was hired by the law firm Miner, Banhill and Galland, which just happened
to specialize in negotiating state government contracts to develop low-income

just happened to have been a classmate of Bernardine Dohrn, wife of William

In 1994 Obama represented ACORN and another
plaintiff in a lawsuit against Citibank for denying mortgages to blacks
(Buycks-Roberson v. Citibank Federal Savings Bank), and the lawsuit just
happened to result in banks being blackmailed into approving sub prime loans
for poor credit risks, a trend which just happened to spread nationwide, and
which just happened to lead to the collapse of the housing bubble, which just
happened to help Obama defeat John McCain in the 2008 presidential election.
In 1996 Obama ran for the Illinois State Senate and joined the New Party, which
just happened to promote Marxism, and Obama was supported by Dr. Quentin Yong,
a socialist who just happened to support a government takeover of the health
care system.
In late 1999 Obama purportedly engaged in homosexual activities and
cocaine-snorting in the back of a limousine with a man named Larry Sinclair,
who claims he was contacted in late 2007 by Donald Young, who just happened to
be the gay choir director of Obama’s Chicago church and who shared information
with Sinclair about Obama, and Young just happened to be murdered on December
23, 2007, just weeks after Larry Bland, another gay member of the church, just
happened to be murdered, and both murders just happened to have never been
solved. In 2008 Sinclair held a press conference to discuss his claims, and
just happened to be arrested immediately after the event, based on a warrant
issued by Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden, who just happens to be the son
of Joe Biden.
In 2003 Obama and his wife attended a dinner in honor of Rashid Khalidi, who
just happened to be a former PLO operative, harsh critic of Israel, and
advocate of Palestinian rights, and who Obama claims he does not know, even
though the Obamas just happened to have dined more than once at the home of
Khalidi and his wife, Mona, and just happened to have used them as occasional
baby-sitters. Obama reportedly praised Khalidi at the decidedly anti-Semitic
event, which William Ayers just happened to also attend, and the event Obama
pretends he never attended was sponsored by the Arab American Action Network,
to which Obama just happened to have funneled cash while serving on the board
of the Woods Fund with William Ayers, and one speaker at the dinner remarked
that if Palestinians cannot secure a return of their land, Israel will never
see a day of peace, and entertainment at the dinner included a Muslim
children’s dance whose performances just happened to include simulated
beheadings with fake swords, and stomping on American, Israeli, and British
flags, and Obama allegedly told the audience that Israel has no God-given right
to occupy Palestine and there has been genocide against the Palestinian people
by (the) Israelis, and the Los Angeles Times has a videotape of the event but
just happens to refuse to make it public.
In the 2004 Illinois Democrat primary race for the U.S. Senate, front-runner
Blair Hull just happened to be forced out of the race after David Axelrod just
happened to manage to get Hulls sealed divorce records unsealed, which just
happened to enable Obama to win the primary, so he could face popular
Republican Jack Ryan, whose sealed child custody records from his divorce just
happened to become unsealed, forcing Ryan to withdraw from the race, which just
happened to enable the unqualified Obama to waltz into the U.S. Senate, where,
after a mere 143 days of work, he just happened to decide he was qualified to run
for President of the United States.

The American
Constitution has been replaced with Saul Alinsky's "Rules for

Why Romney Lost
It is simple: Romney
lost because he apparently didn't get enough votes to win.
That might seem
obvious, but not for the obvious reasons.
Romney lost because
the conservative virtues - the traditional American virtues – of liberty, hard
work, free enterprise, private initiative and aspirations to moral greatness -
no longer inspire or animate a majority of the MORON electorate.
The simplest reason
why Romney lost was because it is impossible to compete against free stuff.
Evidently Obamunist MORONS would rather elect a mysterious Muslim foreigner who
hates his adopted country, but gives the indolent, illegal aliens, and his
Muslim brothers everything for "free" at taxpayer expense, than a

It feels good to be
back on track since November 7, 2012. I wrestled with the Obamuist
issue regarding anyone who is against Comrade Obama being a RACIST. I
realized that Indonesian Muslim Foreign Exchange Student, Barry Soetoro aka
Barack Hussein Obama is from Arab, Black and Caucasian heritage. Which
one was I prejudiced against? Even Al Sharpton said Obama isn't black
enough, "His mama is white!"

neighborhood, surrounded by other millionaires, next door to Denzel Washington,

"I wonder what it
is about sexual danger that attracts so many women. They seem to gravitate
toward the type of man that can only cause them grief. For some unknown reason,
many women have a Florence Nightingale approach to men in their relationships.
They want to take a broken man, and make him whole again! Often the “bad-boy”
they believe can be changed just gets worse when patronized, coddled and
forgiven for every transgression without penance.
Some women in abusive
relationships are enablers. Their lack of confidence, self-loathing and
dependence on someone else to give them fulfillment and happiness becomes a
serious character flaw that is often exploited by an experienced cad.
It is an accepted fact
by knowledgeable philosophers that Nature did not design the alpha-male to be
monogamous. This situation is exacerbated by the fact that many willing females
begin by offering themselves immodestly as living fodder to those Incubi of
promiscuity who feed off them, and often leave them empty aging shells of
confusion, depression, and hostility toward all men. Ironically, it seems that
for every man who defers from marriage, and patronizes ladies of the night,
there is a willing woman of the boulevard who waits to service him. Sadly
though, on their wedding night, most virtuous bridegrooms without experience,
are like baboons trying to pluck the sensitive and complex strings of a fine
violin.
It is past time for
modern men and women to recognize the commitment, sacrifice, and spiritual
obligation that requires them to refrain from the dilemma of the natural age of
pre-marital liberty, and to commit to a marriage in which they accept the responsibility
of a solid family unit devoted to the nurturing, education, discipline and
loving of the future generation that will make up the new world order.

Future Shock?
It is a scientific
fact that the synaptic responses in the brain are electrical energy that can
theoretically be broken down into 1's and 0's. Why isn't it possible to
download the brain activities into a computer, then upload it into another
person's brain? That way instead of putting someone like Einstein's brain in a
jar to preserve it for study, knowledge can be transferred from person to
person. Also, a person's lifetime pursuit for wisdom would not die with them.
If one can download
music into an MP3 player, why not download knowledge into a human brain? I
predict that someone will soon begin to work on this process, if they are not doing
so already. That way an intelligent person's mental energy will not be wasted
by physical death. It might even eliminate Obamunist MORONS. Just a thought!

Comrade Barack "Insane" Obama doesn't
understand how the Brits felt when he sent the bust of Churchill back to
England, as a personal insult. He has never gotten over how the British
tried to bring modern civilization to East African nation that became Kenya,

today as a colonialist nation who "ruined" Africa. The returned
Churchhill bust was a gift from the English during the Bush administration to
show their respect for his loyal Patriotic administration, for his undying
support to the United Kingdom.
Also, "baby-boy" Obama gave the Brits'
beloved Queen inappropriate gifts on his visit to the UK, an iPod filled with
his teleprompter readings. The above are just a few of Obama snubs. Moochelle
even went so far as to break a long-standing protocol by grabbing the Queen by
the arm like she would one of her 30+ tax-payer supported servants.
Imam Obama also displayed his lack of class, Hate
& Revenge by never sending a US Representative to the funeral services for
Margaret Thatcher, a life-long friend of the US, who did nothing but back and

Free Will
Relative to the question: "Does one really have "Free Will." The
two schools of thought I am familiar with are tabula rasa, and
pre-destination. If one is indeed born with an empty slate rather
than divinely "knowing' everything, which fades as one is exposed to the
corporeal, then one does not have a choice in any decision they believe they
are making independent of a deity.
On the subject of a deity, after over 60 years of study on the subject, the
facts are quite clear to me. I can not prove the existence of a creator,
nor can I disprove the existence of a creator. Therefore, faith is the
only alternative for a believer. Elite conceit based on intellectual
frustration, and simple laziness may, therefore, lead one toward atheism.
The Search for Truth must continue until one achieves Nothingness. Man will
create a god if for no other reason than to explain the unexplainable, and to
assuage his fear of the unknown.
If man does not have "Free Will" it means that once born, he is
placed on a track that determines his FATE no matter what decisions are made by
him. If this is the case, chaos can be the only result. One
may finally deduce that Free Will allows everyone to choose what it is they do
that will ultimately determine their final legacy, reward or punishment!

Do We Have Free Will?
Simplified, free will is the ability to choose
what it is that will eventually help one, or hurt one without interference, or
pre-destination. Without free will life is meaningless, because whatever
one does, Good or Evil, is apparently beyond the control of the
individual. If that is true, anything one does can be justified by their
lack of free will.
Only chaos can result in a world filled with
uncontrolled Ids seeking constant self-satisfaction, often at the expense of
others. Saint Augustine said that one of the most important choices one
can make is between "Civitas Terrena," and "Civitas Dei."
The easiest choice would be to choose neither,
however, that's when governments step in and take control of one's life for
them. One can, therefore, reach the logical conclusion that everyone
decides their own fate based on personal decisions and choices by their
exercise of free will.

Obama Sponsored Terrorism
Do you know who Juval Aviv is? He was Golda
Meir's bodyguard and the Israeli Agent upon whom the movie ' Munich ' was
based. Aviv says the next terrorist attack here in America is imminent and will
involve suicide bombers and non-suicide bombers in places where large groups of
people congregate, such as Disneyland, Las Vegas casinos, shopping malls,
subways in rush hour, train stations, etc., as well as in rural America this
time (Wyoming, Montana, etc.).
The attack will be characterized by simultaneous
detonations around the country involving at least 5-8 cities, including rural
areas. Aviv says terrorists won't need to use suicide bombers in many of the
larger cities, because at places like the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, they can
simply valet park a car loaded with explosives and walk away.
Many of these terrorists are being brought into
the U.S., and are supported and protected by Imam Obama & Eric
Holder. Major Nidal, the mass killer at Fort Hood was on Comrade Obama's
Homeland Security Advisory Board, and was on a fast-track for more unwarranted
promotions. He has never been called a terrorist. He is accused of "WORKPLACE
VIOLENCE!" He is still receiving his military salary. He may
never be brought to trial as long as Barack Hussein Obama is in charge.

Where Are Comrade Obama's Old Girlfriends?
Something to think about: Where are Obama's past girlfriends,
surely he had at least one? No past girl friends are popping up from anywhere
except an obscure reference to an affair he had with a government employee who
was transferred to Jamaica after Michelle threatened to leave him before his
election to the Illinois senate. Before that there were at least two claims by
men that Barry Soetoro was their "boy-toy" for a few years in
college.
Isn't it strange that no female who ever dated
him ever showed up to brag about what a great lover he was? Especially
considering his media proclaimed charisma, which caused the female voters to be
drawn to him so obviously during his campaign. It looks like some lady would
not have missed the opportunity to make a career move out of claiming having
sex with him.
Not one woman has stepped up and said, "He
was soooo shy," or "What a great dancer!"
There are no classmates, not even the recorder
for the Columbia class notes ever heard of him. When did he meet Michele and
how? Are there photos? Who was the best man at his wedding? What about
groomsmen, family and friends bragging about how nice the wedding was? Where is
the footage of the graduation ceremony and wedding?
Has anyone talked to his professors at the
colleges he supposedly attended which don't have transcripts of his attendance,
or grades? Isn't it odd that no one is bragging that they knew him or taught
him or lived with him, except his alleged boyfriends?
Every president provides the public with all
their photos for their library. What has Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry
Soetoro, Indonesian Muslim Foreign Exchange Student released? Nothing other
than what was in this so-called biography! And experts who study writing styles
claim it was not Obama's own words, or typical of his stilted writing skills.

Off"
Below is a quote from
a recent book outlining the result of neglect and incompetence brought about by
the Obama administration. "Dust Off" is an Army rescue program that
is supposed to ensure that no man is left behind. Every family who has had a
notification of Missing In Action (MIA) knows what sorrow that entails. Ask
yourself what kind of Commander-in-Chief would approve such a policy?
"The Army has
placed the "Dust Off" mission under the control of Combat Arms
Aviation. This means that "Dust Off" operations have lost their
autonomy and are subject to a torturous approval process before missions can be
launched.
According to Brady, risk analysis is prioritized above reaction time and the
"Golden Hour" that is critical to the survival rate of wounded
soldiers. Most importantly, the essential creed of "Dust Off" is
being compromised. Current pilots see the problems but are afraid of speaking
out because of repercussions.
For example, a wounded soldier was left overnight in the cold on a mountain in
Afghanistan, even though the enemy was on the other side. Even relatively safe
rescue missions are not being approved. "Dust Off" helicopters are
also the oldest in the fleet with potentially deadly consequences for troops.
Brady contends that the main problem are "obsessive command and control
issues and ignorance among the ASO (Aviation Staff Officers); the lack of a
champion and leadership in the Medical Corps are contributing favors."

Have you noticed, your Social Security check is now referred to as a
"Federal
Benefit Payment"?

The government is now referring to our Social Security checks as a “Federal
Benefit Payment.” This isn’t a benefit – its
earned income!
Not only did we all contribute to Social Security but our employers did
too.
It totaled 15% of our income before taxes. If you averaged $30K per year over
your working life, that's close to $180,000 invested in Social Security.
If you calculate the future value of your monthly investment in social security
($375/month, including both your and your employer’s contributions) at a meager
1% interest rate compounded monthly, after 40 years of working you'd have more
than $1.3+ million dollars saved! This is your personal investment.
Upon retirement, if you took out only 3% per year, you'd receive $39,318 per
year, or $3,277 per month.
That’s almost three times more than today’s average Social Security benefit of
$1,230 per month, according to the Social Security Administration (Google it -
it’s a fact).
And your retirement fund would last more than 33 years (until you're 98 if you
retire at age 65)! I can only imagine how much better most average-income
people could live in retirement if our government had just invested our money
in low-risk interest-earning accounts.
Instead, the folks in Washington pulled off a bigger Ponzi scheme than Bernie
Madoff ever did. They took our money and used it elsewhere. They “forgot” that
it was OUR money they were taking. They didn’t have a referendum to ask us if
we wanted to lend the money to them.
And they didn’t pay interest on the debt they assumed. And recently, they’ve
told us that the money won’t support us for very much longer. But is it our
fault they misused our investments?
And now, to add insult to injury, they’re calling it a “benefit,” as if we
never
worked to earn every penny of it. Just because they “borrowed” the money,
doesn't mean that our investments were a charity! Let’s take a stand.
We have earned our right to Social Security and Medicare. Demand that our
legislators bring some sense into our government –
Find a way to keep Social Security and Medicare going, for the sake of that 92%
of our population who need it.
Then call it what it is: Our Earned Retirement Income.

The Arctic ocean is warming up, icebergs are growing scarcer and in
some places the seals are finding the water too hot, according to a
report to the Commerce Department yesterday from Consulafft, at
Bergen, Norway. Reports from fishermen, seal hunters and explorers
all point to a radical change in climate conditions and hitherto
unheard-of temperatures in the Arctic zone. Exploration expeditions
report that scarcely any ice has been met as far north as 81 degrees
29 minutes. Soundings
to a depth of 3,100 meters showed the gulf
stream still very warm. Great masses of ice have been replaced by
moraines of earth and stones, the report continued, while at many
points well known glaciers have entirely disappeared.
Very few seals and no white fish are found in the Eastern Arctic,
while vast shoals of herring and smelts which have never before
ventured so far North, are being encountered in the old seal fishing
grounds. Within a few years it is predicted that due to the ice melt
the sea will rise and make most coastal cities uninhabitable.

The Importance of Filing Your 2012 Tax Return

Health insurance
exchanges (i.e., marketplaces where different health insurance products are
available) are being created as a part of the new health care reform law.
Individuals who purchase insurance from an exchange may be eligible for a
subsidy providing assistance with the cost of health insurance premiums.
The role of the tax
return:
Eligibility for the
subsidy will be determined when the individual purchases health insurance from
an exchange.
Both eligibility for
and the amount of the subsidy are based on the individual’s household income
and family size.
In general, household
income is adjusted gross income (AGI) plus some kinds of nontaxable income,
such as nontaxable social security benefits. Household income includes the
income of members of a taxpayer’s family including a spouse and, in some cases,
dependents.
The final
determination of 2014 household income will not be available until individuals
file their 2014 tax returns during tax season 2015.
Exchanges must
therefore project 2014 household income based on the income information that is
available when individuals start enrolling in health plans during the first
open enrollment period that starts October 1, 2013. In most instances, income
and family size information will come from the 2012 tax return filed during tax
season 2013. Filing a 2012 return may be the simplest way to ensure all
information needed to determine income and family size is accurate for use on
the enrollment application.
Because the exchange
can obtain income information directly from the IRS, a 2012 tax return is not
required to enroll or get a subsidy. However, the 2012 tax return has the most
accurate and complete information about the individual’s income, family size
(taxpayer, spouse, and dependents).
